Gebrüder Thonet Vienna GmbH (GTV) – Wiener GTV Design Chairs<Czech Black Chair by Hermann Czech

A stunning piece of functional decor, this armchair is part of the Czech collection, designed by Hermann Czech in 1994. Able to exude both old-fashioned charm and current style, this piece is entirely made of beechwood and boasts the Thonet’s trademark steam-bent wood in the curves at the top of the legs and the embracing back and armrests. The dark lacquer of the finish highlights the sinuous shape of the chair for a stunning final effect.
